Nurturing an assessment team requires guidance of ‘this is the way it is done’ and support of ‘cry on my shoulder when it has all gone wrong’. Sue is the perfect mix of these skills and most importantly she brings a sense of humour and a smile every day to the job.

Sue is right to be proud of her team that provides you with high quality and professional services that puts apprentices’ interests and needs at the heart of their assessment experience. They work hard together, training and refining their collective skills to ensure that their practice is the very best it can be.
