End-point assessment involves two assessment components:

We have made this process easy and you can appoint us by completing and returning our service level agreement.

1. A 2-hour practical observation under controlled conditions followed by a questioning session of a minimum of 5 questions
2. A 40-minute professional discussion underpinned by a ‘Portfolio of evidence’. Structured around 10 competence-based questions. A technical expert from the employer may observe the professional discussion to provide technical support, advice and guidance.
