End-point assessment involves three assessment components:

1. A 40-minute multiple-choice test of 40 questions under controlled conditions.
2. A workplace project addressing a substantive business problem. The apprentice is required to deliver a 30–40-minute presentation with 30-minutes of questioning
3. A 40-minute professional discussion supported by a log. Structured around 13-15 open questions
